Judge Tentatively Axes Uniloc's Medical Flowsheet Patent Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 20, 2013, 5:15 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday tentatively tossed software company Uniloc Luxembourg SA's lawsuit accusing eClinicalWorks LLC of infringing its medical patient flowsheet patent, saying Uniloc couldn't get its case to a jury because its direct infringement allegation was speculative.
