Texas Panel Quashes $10M Judgments Against Fen-Phen Atty

Law360, Houston (August 20, 2013, 8:00 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday tossed judgments exceeding $10 million against a Houston personal injury attorney, saying it was unclear whether he surreptitiously overcharged his clients in litigation against a Pfizer Inc. unit over the diet drug fen-phen.
