Xerox Continues To Profit From Trade Secrets, Suit Says

Law360, New York (December 2, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- A complicated lawsuit filled with heated allegations has been filed against Xerox, accusing the company of misappropriating trade secrets, copyright infringement, breaching an agreement, and breaching fiduciary duty.

The suit demands $10 million in damages.

Agilience, a subsidiary of European technology giant Siemens AG, accused Xerox and its subsidiary Parc of violating an agreement between the two companies and sharing trade secrets with rival General Motors relating to the development of management solution software.
