Energy Cos. Duel Over Appeals Bond In $95.5M Shale Fight

Law360, Dallas (August 20, 2013, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Monday said it would hear oral argument in an energy company’s complaint that its opponent is asking for an excessive appeals bond in an attempt to hinder the company from challenging a judgment for $95.5 million plus assets in the Eagle Ford Shale.
