6th Circ. Affirms Cleveland Hospital Exec's 9-Year Sentence

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 7:23 PM EDT) -- A former executive of Cleveland hospital MetroHealth System on Tuesday lost his appeal of the nine-plus-year prison sentence he was given for his role in a decadelong hospital-contract bribery scheme when the Sixth Circuit ruled that a lower court had properly evaluated the losses caused by his role.
