NY Judge Punts Argentine Oil Co.'s Suit Against Repsol

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 7:53 PM EDT) -- Repsol SA's saber-rattling after Argentina nationalized its controlling stake in oil company YPF SA last year isn't a problem for New York's courts to fix, a New York state judge said Tuesday, ruling against a company that accused Repsol of meddling in a billion-dollar energy development deal.
