Houston Power Co. Plugs Into $20M Just Energy Merger Suit

Law360, Houston (August 22, 2013, 6:06 PM EDT) -- A Houston-based electricity provider on Monday jumped into a dispute in Texas state court between its parent company and Just Energy (US) Corp. over a $100 million merger, saying it lost millions after being misled about the deal’s tax consequences.
