PG&E Ordered To Explain Calif. Pipeline Safety Filing

Law360, Chicago (August 21, 2013, 8:32 PM EDT) -- Pacific Gas & Electric Co. may have tried to deceive California regulators about safety issues with two natural gas pipelines and now must appear before a state commission to explain itself with potential fines on the line, according to an order issued Monday by two judges.
