Legal Recruiter Ducks Suit Over Online Trash Talk

Law360, Dallas (August 21, 2013, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday threw out breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims tied to online comments about a legal recruiting firm made by one of its former workers, saying the claims were barred by a state free speech law.
