Video Giants Sued Over Data Packet Technology

Law360, New York (February 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Several microchip and video card makers, including Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and NVIDIA Corp., have been sued by a Seattle-based software company for allegedly infringing on its patent for interpreting electronic data packets.

Implicit Networks Inc. also names Intel Corp., Raza Microelectronics, RealNetworks Inc. and Sun Microsystems Inc. in its suit, filed Feb. 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
