CMS Urged To Make Medicare Payment Reviews Consistent

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 1:37 PM EDT) -- The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' differing requirements for post-payment Medicare claims reviews made by different types of contractors are placing unfair burdens on providers and should be made more consistent, according to a watchdog report released Thursday.
