LaGuardia Landfill Is A Bird Hazard To Air Traffic, Suit Says

Paskar launched a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act suit against the city of New York on Wednesday claiming that a new landfill being built in Queens near LaGuardia Airport presents a bird hazard.
