Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 3:54 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge last week rejected Boston founder Tom Scholz's bid to block former lead singer Fran Cosmo from referring to himself in promotional materials as a past member of the rock band, ruling Scholz failed to show his former bandmate has violated the groups' trademarks.
