Latest New Trial Bid Denied In Witness Murder Case

Law360, New York (August 22, 2013, 6:12 PM EDT) -- Former criminal defense attorney Paul W. Bergrin on Thursday lost his latest bid to reverse his conviction for using his law practice to facilitate murder and traffic drugs after a New Jersey federal judge said he won't reconsider a July ruling squashing Bergrin's requests.
