Dechert Can't Avoid Suit Over Its Coudert Paris Takeover

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 2:04 PM EDT) -- Dechert LLP must face allegations that it underpaid for defunct, bankrupt law firm Coudert Brothers LLP's Paris office in 2005, a New York federal judge ruled Thursday, saying it was too soon to decide the value of employment liabilities and other issues.
