Texas Medical Liability Act Applies To Nurse, Justices Say

Law360, Houston (August 23, 2013, 7:29 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court said Friday that the Texas Medical Liability Act’s requirement that third parties suing health care providers must file “expert reports” also applies to doctors and nurses who file suit against their employers over hospital safety or standards of care.
