Heavy Lifting Still To Come In TPP Talks, USTR Says

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 8:06 PM EDT) -- High-level trade officials have made progress this week in discussions for the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership, but many of the thorniest issues standing in the way of a finalized agreement have yet to be addressed, the U.S. trade representative said Friday.
