NJ Regulator Accused Of Conspiracy To Seize Landfill

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 7:50 PM EDT) -- The owner of a former landfill in Roxbury, N.J., has sued the state Department of Environmental Protection, the township, a state senator and others for allegedly participating in a civil conspiracy to frustrate its operations and then seize control of the property using a recently enacted state law.
