Texas Court's Snub Sends BP Gas Delivery Suit To Arbitration

Law360, Houston (August 26, 2013, 4:20 PM EDT) -- Texas’ highest court declined Friday to review a decision that a BP PLC unit must arbitrate litigation over a natural gas contract even though the agreement does not expressly require arbitration, letting stand a ruling that the conflict is controlled by a separate agreement that does.
