Texas Justices To Decide If Arbitrator DQ Voids $26M Award

Law360, Dallas (August 23, 2013, 9:50 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear an insurer's argument a $26.4 million arbitration award should be thrown out because the American Arbitration Association removed its selection for an independent panelist.
