Jury Urged To Rule Against Abbyy, Lexmark In $107M IP Suit

Law360, San Francisco (August 23, 2013, 10:25 PM EDT) -- Nuance Communications Inc. urged a California federal jury Friday to find that rival Abbyy Software House and printer company Lexmark International Inc. infringed three of its patents for optical-character recognition software, wrapping up Nuance's two-week trial seeking $107 million in damages.
