High-Speed Traders Stole Software, NY Prosecutors Say

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 1:40 PM EDT) -- Two former Flow Traders US LLC traders have been charged in New York state court with stealing the firm’s proprietary trading software, prosecutors said Monday, continuing a crackdown on alleged Wall Street source code theft.
