Reality TV Star Kate Gosselin Accuses Ex-Hubby Of Hacking

Law360, Los Angeles (August 26, 2013, 3:35 PM EDT) -- Reality television star Kate Gosselin sued her ex-husband in Pennsylvania federal court Monday, accusing him of hacking into her phone and computer and then using the information as fodder for tabloid articles and a book.

The suit alleges Jon Gosselin and his business partner Robert Hoffman systematically stole Kate Gosselin's information to sell to tabloids and assemble the Hoffman-penned book, "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World."
