Marketer In $205M Miami Medicare Scam Gets 34 Months

Law360, Miami (August 26, 2013, 5:03 PM EDT) -- A former marketer for American Therapeutic Corp., a Miami medical company at the center of a $205 million Medicare scheme, was sentenced Monday to 34 months in federal prison plus three years of supervised release.
