Calif. Providers Urge High Court To Reverse Medicaid Cuts

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Pharmacies and advocates for the disabled urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday to overturn a Ninth Circuit ruling deferring to federal regulators’ expertise regarding a 10 percent Medicaid payment cut for certain California health care providers, saying the decision endorsed a blatant conflict of interest.
