ITC Clears Belkin Of Infringing ATEN's KVM Switch

Law360, New York (February 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has cleared Belkin International Inc. and another company of charges that they infringed ATEN International Co. Ltd.’s patent for technology that allows multiple computers to be controlled from a single switch.

Belkin’s attorneys said the ITC decided on Friday to close the investigation after finding no Section 337 violation.
