Greenberg Wrongly Garnished Account For Fees, Suit Says

Law360, Miami (August 26, 2013, 9:17 PM EDT) -- A Miami-based developer on Friday sued Greenberg Traurig PA and the managing shareholder of its West Palm Beach, Fla. office claiming the attorney improperly took money from the developer's bank account to pay for legal fees owed by an affiliate that had lost a $5 million contract dispute.
