K-V Pharma Judge Greenlights Reorganization Plan

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 2:42 PM EDT) -- K-V Pharmaceutical Co. on Wednesday received a bankruptcy judge’s approval of its reorganization plan that will allow it to exit the Chapter 11 process and continue its business following a competitive bidding process.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Allan L. Gropper commended K-V and its counsel for producing a workable plan within a year of its tumble into bankruptcy.
