French Court Lifts Nationwide Ban On Daimler Vehicles

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 2:37 PM EDT) -- A French administrative court on Tuesday lifted a nationwide ban on Daimler AG vehicles using an air conditioning coolant that fails to meet EU pollution standards but that the company said is safer, finding there were serious doubts about the ban’s legality.
