ITC Conducting Full Review Of Chinese Chemical Duties

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 4:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to take an in-depth look to determine whether removing anti-dumping duties on persulfates imported from China would harm the U.S. industry for the chemicals, according to Tuesday's Federal Register.

The ITC said in a Federal Register notice that it had voted to conduct a full sunset review of anti-dumping duties on Chinese persulfates. The commission explained that it had received enough of a response from interested parties, including companies subject to the import duties, to warrant the in-depth review....
