Kia Asks Texas High Court To Toss Faulty Airbag Claim

Law360, Dallas (September 9, 2013, 3:33 PM EDT) -- Kia Motors Corp. on Monday told the Texas Supreme Court it has immunity from liability in a lawsuit accusing the company of designing defective airbags, under a tort reform law that protects products in compliance with federal safety standards.
