Judge Tosses Fired Boeing Employees' Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (February 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge tossed out on Friday a case filed by three former employees of the Boeing Co. who alleged that their union conspired with the company that acquired some of Boeing's plants to get rid of strong-minded union officials.

The suit alleged antitrust violations, breach of contract and violation of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, among other things, against Boeing, Onex Corp. and its subsidiary Spirit Aerosystems Inc. and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.
