Shuttering Pa. FirstEnergy Plant Hit With Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 8:26 PM EDT) -- FirstEnergy Corp. was slapped Tuesday with a proposed class action filed by three southwestern Pennsylvania residents who claim its soon-to-be shuttered Hatfield's Ferry coal-fired power plant emits ash and pollutants that is ruining the health and property of at least 1,000 nearby residents.
