Microsoft Blasts Motorola Bid To Drop Device Import Suit

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 4:01 PM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp. on Tuesday vigorously defended its right to pursue legal action against the U.S. government for allegedly allowing imports of Motorola Inc. mobile devices that infringe its patents, rejecting Motorola's argument that the D.C. federal court does not have jurisdiction over the case.
