Firm's Auto Policy Doesn't Cover Partner's Wife: NJ Court

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 8:16 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Wednesday freed The Netherlands Insurance Co. from paying up to $500,000 to a Jacob & Chiarello LLC partner's wife who was injured in an accident involving a firm-owned vehicle after ruling the firm's auto policy doesn’t extend to her.
