EPA Defends Rejection Of Texas Emissions Exception

Law360, Houston (August 28, 2013, 8:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency told the U.S. Supreme Court Friday that it did not overstep its authority when it rejected an exception to emissions limits under the Clean Air Act the state of Texas proposed for starting up or shutting down power plants.
