8th Circ. Rejects Rest Break Suit Against Union, Aluminum Co.

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 8:08 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit declined Wednesday to revive a class action against Nichols Aluminum LLC and a Teamsters local over the union's decision not to pursue a worker grievance over rest periods in arbitration, finding that the union had cause to believe arbitration wouldn't pan out.
