Chamber Seeks Sanctions For Trade Secret Theft In TPP

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 6:39 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has unveiled a proposal aimed at creating tough rules for the theft of trade secrets within the context of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, including the installation of criminal sanctions, which many TPP countries currently lack.
