Enviros Say EPA Improperly Pulled Manure Monitoring Rule

Law360, Los Angeles (August 28, 2013, 8:29 PM EDT) -- Several environmental groups partnered to sue the Environmental Protection Agency in D.C. federal court Wednesday for yanking a proposed rule that would enable it to better track and regulate concentrated animal feeding operations, saying the EPA has no other way of monitoring the facilities.
