Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 3:48 PM EDT) -- Flash memory startup Pure Storage Inc. is blazing toward a landmark initial public offering after raising $150 million from institutional investors in its latest funding round to push its overall valuation past $1 billion, the Silicon Valley company said Thursday.
