Carlyle, Townsend To Invest $200M In 17 Chinese Warehouses

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 4:45 PM EDT) -- Private equity titan The Carlyle Group LP and real estate investment services provider The Townsend Group will invest $200 million with one of China’s largest real estate developers to develop and operate 17 modern warehouses to expand the firms' footprint in the East Asian country, Carlyle announced Thursday.
