S. Korea Brings WTO Case Over US Washing Machine Duties

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 3:31 PM EDT) -- South Korea on Thursday lodged a dispute at the World Trade Organization over U.S. tariffs on imported washing machines, contesting the method the U.S. used to calculate the trade measures, the WTO said.
