EU Group To Bring Facebook Privacy Concerns To Court

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 8:26 PM EDT) -- A European consumer group said Wednesday that it is planning to take its complaints over Facebook Inc.'s privacy policies and alleged participation in the U.S. government's surveillance activities to the Irish high court, contending that the country's privacy watchdog has failed to adequately probe its concerns.
