Pa. High Court To Hear Late Philly Councilwoman's Libel Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (August 30, 2013, 2:51 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Thursday that it would consider whether former Philadelphia City Councilwoman Joan Krajewski could recover for defamation based on the contents of an opinion page in a community newspaper, issuing the announcement the same day that Krajewski, 79, died.
