IRS, Treasury To Recognize All Gay Marriages On Taxes

Law360, Los Angeles (August 29, 2013, 8:02 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service ruled Thursday that same-sex couples legally married in states that recognize their marriage will be treated as married for federal tax purposes, regardless of the jurisdiction in which they live.
