Pa. Justices Won't Hear Post-Judgment Interest Appeal

Law360, Philadelphia (August 30, 2013, 3:49 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Thursday shot down an appeal bid from CSX Transportation Inc. challenging a $2.5 million damage award upheld in a recent decision finding that post-judgment interest, even in suits stemming from federal law violations, was guided by state law.
