BP Atty Beats Malpractice Claim Over Explosion Settlement

Law360, Dallas (August 30, 2013, 7:01 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday rejected claims from a worker injured in an oil refinery explosion that his attorney, who later defended a BP PLC unit in litigation over the blast, committed malpractice by negotiating an inadequate settlement.
