NY Lawmakers Float Police Dash Cam Anti-Tampering Bill

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 2:40 PM EDT) -- A state lawmaker from Queens, N.Y., introduced a bill Friday that would require police statewide to turn on their dashboard cameras any time they interact with the public, and to make those recordings “tamper-proof,” in a bid to reduce "questionable interactions" between cops and the public.
