Facebook Revamps Privacy Policies After Ad Suit Settlement

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 4:37 PM EDT) -- Facebook Inc. on Thursday rolled out several changes to the policies governing the way it collects, uses and shares data with third parties, including the addition of a provision required by a recent privacy class action settlement that informs members that the site can use their pictures in ads.
