Family Dollar Slams Grocer's Price Undercutting Claims

Law360, Philadelphia (September 3, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- Family Dollar Stores Inc. fired back Thursday at a lawsuit alleging it was undermining lease rights of a Philadelphia grocery through a conspiracy with Dollar Tree Stores Inc. to sell underpriced food, arguing that the complaint had failed to allege the two businesses were acting in concert.
